1. What services does Hagel Travel & Tours offer?

Haji packages will be given out yearly as per approval from MUIS. Our outbound tours are also available every year for specific countries, check our Instagram or Facebook for latest updates!

Nope, you may come down during our office hours as indicated above!
1. How do I register for an Umrah trip?
You may register by visiting us at our office, email or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook! Our team will help you throughout the process.
2. Do I need to attend a briefing before the trip?
Yes, we will provide physical classes (3x) and 1x Taklimat before departure. It is highly encouraged for you to attend the Taklimat to ensure that you are well aware of specific updates for the trip & ask any questions to our pegawai and asatizah.
3. Do you organize Umrah during Ramadan?

1. What is included in your Umrah packages?
Our umrah packages mainly include hotels near Masjid Al-Haram & Masjid An-Nabawi, flights with onboard meals, Umrah Visa, Haramain Speed Train, Fullboard Asian Meals, religious guide (mutawwif) & officer (pegawai), EMA insurance. We provide a free Hagel ihram set (for men), telekung (for women), notebook, guidebook, cabin bag, and sling bag.
2. Are your Umrah packages guided by religious teachers (ustaz/ustazah)?
Yes, our umrah and Haji packages are guided by ARS certified Ustaz as the Mutowwif. We provide an Ustazah only for the female’s ziarah to Raudha in Madinah.
3. Do you offer group or private Umrah packages?
Yes, we do offer group or private Umrah packages with a minimum of 20 pax. For more information on how to book, do visit us at 5 Jalan Pisang during our office hours or email us at sales@hageltravel.com!
4. How long is the typical Umrah trip?

5. Do you provide Umrah for families with young children?
Yes, our umrah packages are suitable for families with young children. We provide comfortable hotel stays near the Masjids — typically Hilton Suites in Makkah and Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick. Our itineraries also include 2 to 4 free & easy days (depending on the package duration), allowing your family to rest, recharge, and perform ibadah at your own pace. We aim to make your journey smooth, flexible, and spiritually fulfilling for everyone — including the little ones.
6. Do you have senior-friendly Umrah packages?
Yes our umrah packages are senior friendly as it is conducted in Malay. There is also a wheelchair service available for you to book upon performing your umrah.
7. Do I need any special vaccinations for Umrah?
All pilgrims are required to get 2 vaccinations – Meningitis (mandatory) & Influenza (optional). Vaccination certificates must be submitted prior to your trip. These vaccinations help safeguard your health and prevent any potential disruptions during your stay in Saudi Arabia. We strongly encourage all pilgrims to complete them early for a smooth and worry-free journey.
8. Do you provide assistance with visa applications?
Yes our team will handle your umrah visa and we will handover the softcopy and hardcopy upon departure.
1. What is the cost of your Umrah packages?
Our umrah packages are affordable and we aim to provide the best service from accommodation to transportation. It typically costs from $3,890 for quad, $3,990 for triple and $4,090 for double.
2. How do I secure my booking?
Upon confirming the package, contact us or visit us and our team will provide you the forms to be filled up. Your booking is secured once the deposit has been made upon registration.
3. Are there any hidden charges?
No, Hagel does not have any hidden charges. Do note that our packages do not include the following: Vaccinations, Excess Baggage, Travel Insurance and Personal Expenses.
1. What requirements do I need to prepare for Umrah?
To ensure a smooth and safe Umrah journey, please take note of the following requirements:
- You must be fit to travel and able to manage daily activities independently.
- You should be familiar with using a smartphone and ideally have a smartphone model from the past 3 years, as the Nusuk app (required for Raudhah visit bookings) must be downloaded and used during your trip.
- Before returning to Singapore, you’ll need to submit the SG Arrival Card online, within 3 days prior to arrival.
- For senior pilgrims who may require additional support, we strongly advise having at least one accompanying adult to assist throughout the entire journey.
2. What documents do I need to prepare for Umrah?
Required Documents
- Photocopy of passport (valid for more than 6 months)
- Coloured passport-sized photo (white background)
- Original certificate of Meningitis vaccination (mandatory)
- Original certificate of Influenza vaccination (optional but recommended)
Additional Documents (if applicable)
- PR / LTVP / Work Permit card
- Photocopy of marriage certificate or birth certificate
- MUIS conversion card (for converts)
3. Is passport validity important? How long should my passport be valid for?
Yes passport validity is crucially important, it should be minimally valid for more than 6 months from date of departure.
1. What types of hotels do you provide?
Our hotels are typically Hilton Suites in Makkah and Anwar Movenpick in Madinah, both near to the Masjids within less than 5 minutes. Do check the full details of each package to know more.
2. Are meals provided during the trip?
Full board meals are provided at the hotel (breakfast, lunch & dinner), as well as in-flight meals. Any personal snacks or meals outside of this will be at your own expense.
1. Do children need to pay full price for Umrah?
Child prices are different from adults! It typically ranges from $3,450 for no additional bed and from less than $150 based on room type for additional bed.
2. Are strollers allowed in the Masjidil Haram or Masjid Nabawi?
Strollers are not allowed inside the Masjids, but can be used around the compound areas. Baby carriers are highly recommended.
1. What is the Nusuk app and why do I need it?
The Nusuk app is required by Saudi authorities to book your Raudhah visit and manage entry permits. Our team will guide you on how to download and use the app during the Taklimat session.
2. Will someone help me with the app setup and usage?
Yes, we will provide step-by-step guidance before departure. If you or your family member needs help, our pegawai will assist you in person before the Raudhah visit. Please ensure you have downloaded and login into the Nusuk app before departure, remember to take note of your username and password used.
3. Do I book the Raudhah slot on my own?
Please wait for instructions from your pegawai regarding the Raudhah booking.
We will be entering as a group on a designated day and time, and your pegawai will inform you when it’s time for everyone to book the slot together. Do stay tuned for their updates before the scheduled day.
